We know connectivity is life for the Digital Nomad. We have multiple access points to ensure you stay online anywhere on the property.

🏡 Sanctuary Protocols (Living Effortlessly)
To maintain the peace and efficiency of our home, we ask you to observe these simple practices.
1. The Cool Room Strategy
- Electricity: Please turn off your Air Conditioning and lights whenever you leave your room or community room.
- The Bathroom Door: Keep your bathroom door closed. The bathrooms are open-vented to the outside; keeping the door shut ensures your bedroom stays cool and bug-free.
2. The Rain Rule (Community Room)
- Windows & Doors: Please close all windows and doors when you leave the 3rd-floor Community Room.
- Why? Even if it looks sunny, tropical storms in Siem Reap strike fast. Open windows mean a flooded kitchen!
3. Security
- The Iron Gate: Please pull the big iron front gate closed behind you when coming or going after 8:00 PM.
4. Your Welcome Gift
- Everything currently in your refrigerator is a welcome gift from us to you. Enjoy!
🧺 Essentials & Services
Drinking Water
Stay hydrated! We offer large refill jugs.
- Cost: $3 USD per jug.
- How to Order: Just message us on WhatsApp/Telegram.
Room Cleaning
We respect your privacy and do not enter your room unless requested.
- Requesting a Clean: Place your placard for room cleaning on the outside of your door.
- Gratuity: If requesting your entire room to be cleaned, it is a wonderful gesture to tip Hing, our wonderful house lady, a few dollars directly for her hard work.
Laundry
- On-Site: We have a washing machine available for guest use and we offer detergent and fabric softener for $1 USD or 4000 reil.
- Full Service (Drop-off): There is a laundry service just across the street (next to the Wing shop).
- Cost: ~4,000 Riel ($1 USD) per kg.
- Speed: Usually ready by 2:00 PM the next day.
🏪 The Immediate Neighborhood (Walkable)
Everything you need is just steps away.
- Coffee & Smoothies: The Queen Cafe. Take a left when you walk out of Saralya gate, then your first right. It is on the right side of the street.
- Money Exchange: Look for the green “Wing” sign across the street.
- Convenience Store: Directly across the street for basics (drinks, snacks). A larger store is a few doors down to the right.
